One of the easiest discs to throw. Give the disc some hyzer with a three-quarter throw and it will glide wonderfully!

  1. If the Comet and the Stingray had a torrid love affair which produced an independent minded illegitimate child, it would be the flying squirrel. Looks like a beadless Comet, flies more like a beat Star Stingray. It’s a little faster, like a speed 5 mid, and doesn’t love low lines like a Comet or Fuse does, that is to say it doesn’t have as much glide as you’d think. Hyzer-flip to straight or rip it into a turnover, it holds an anny line pretty well. I found it a little tricky to dial in compared to other understable mids but overall a really fun disc. Mine had a ton of flashing on it.

  2. This is a long midrange. I’d say it’s a more like -3 for turn though, it turns a lot! But like they say, with some hyzer and height the disc will fly a long, long ways. A 300+ft shot is not out of the question. I’d compare it to an Innova DX stingray, but in premium plastic.

I don’t use it a ton, but I have noticed it develop more turn. Zero damage to the plastic though from impacts, it’s still smooth and new feeling. A great choice for an understable mid
