The Ape can handle the raw, primal power of disc golfs biggest arms. Extremely fast and stable, the Ape is a "must have" distance driver for windy conditions and sharp doglegs. Sidearm drivers will learn the Ape is more than capable of standing up to even the most intense torque. The Ape is an outstanding choice for backhand or sidearm throws as well as a variety of niche flex shots. With less high speed turn than a Boss, the Ape is not recommended for players who throw less than 300ft.

Took my game to the next level after loving my xcal, it took me a while to work it in but now it goes out of sight, great in the wind or on still days i throw it nose down with a big anhyzer and get a lot of distance, it will always comeback so you cant always feel safe that it wont turn over and roll away. Would highly recommend it for FH players with a big arm.

Very over-stable and fast distance driver (fastest and most stable of all Innova discs) and really too much disc for anyone who is not a huge powerful player or advanced thrower. Consistent forehand disc due to being so stable as well as long hyzer shots. Never worry about turning this one over or it not flexing back. Wider rim and lower profile make for good skips and use in strong headwinds. Similar to a Nuke OS or faster Xcal.
