Straight and slightly understable like a nice seasoned Buzzz right off the shelf. Good for beginners to start with for a driver and mid combo while developing form. Buzzz molds are the most popular Discraft midrange and able to perform any shot you need but best for those lazer lines. Emac endorses this mold and says:
“Great disc! it’s a super straight version of the Buzzz. Perfect for holding a straight line through the woods, or nice big turnovers. The Buzzz SS will glide for ever as well, one of the longest flying midranges on the market!”

I don’t use this disc for distance but it is my go to for 200ft and under. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard people say “you throw a Buzz? Why?” and make an amazing shot with it within the next few holes and get to smile at them and say “That’s why I throw it”. This disc will turn with too much power but with a loving touch it will go straight and far. I do not recommend “driving” with it, it is a mid range or approach disc. I prefer the crystal back stamped ghost Buzz SS from World’s 2008 but those are getting hard to find. If I only have 1 approach disc in my bag it’s the Buzz SS.
