NUKE SS gives developing players the means to get the distance of more advanced throwers without needing years of experience. You can get very long turnovers at medium speed, or throw your longest rollers ever at high speed! Give it a rip and see for yourself.

US $14.99
Designed with new players and beginners as the target market the SS is a very understable version of the Nuke great for less powerful throwers or someone looking for easy distance. Thrown flat the SS will turn-over and even from a hyzer angle if too much is put on this disc, making it slightly less understable than we prefer in a Max D driver with the Nuke already being a pretty “flippy” disc. Good longer beginner driver or advanced level turn-over/roller but not the best of either for the discraft line-up as it is so understable it can be hard to hit consistent lines specially if there is any wind blowing.

I bought a Nuke SS just for something new to try not expecting much. It quickly became one of the most fun discs in my bag to throw and one that’s not coming out anytime soon. If you have even average power the NukeSS can be thrown on the most perfect anhyzer line. If I keep it low it glides right and finishes right. If I bring it up a little it goes right and finishes with a soft fade to the left. I’ve never thrown a disc that is so easy to put on an anhyzer line right out of the box without beating it in a little first. The lines you can hit with this disc are amazing and if you feel like letting it rip it will go for a mile. I put a very hard hyzer on it and it flips up and will be right out there with the farthest discs. Its a great overstable compliment to the Nuke. I’ve been using Nukes, NukeSS, and Predators for my drivers and haven’t found a shot I don’t have a disc in the bag for.
