From the Manufacturer...

Wedged in between a Putter and Mid-Range. The Wedge is easy to grip and release for smaller hands or for those who prefer a low profile straight flying Putter. When used as a Putter, it has a great neutral flight. For beginners, the Wedge is a great all around disc because of its straight flight and minimal fade. The Wedge is an accurate Mid-Range roller and turn over Mid-Range flyer for more advanced players.

  1. Multi-use newer designed approach putter with lots of glide and narrow profile. Similar feel to a shorter Stingray or less stable XD. Innova Pro Gregg Hosfeld says, “I was prepared to be under-whelmed and was not. It has a very smooth release and a terrific low speed under-stable glide that will allow me to keep a straight, or even right-turn at approach speeds. I think this will squeeze between the Hammer and the Roc in the upshot line-up. So glad to see some attention going to the finesse side of the game.”

Decent putter but did not last long in the bag.

  2. The Wedge is probably my favorite disc to come out in the past year or so. I love this disc because I have small/chubby hands and the disc fits in my grip very well. This disc can do just about anything as an approach disc including rolling. I keep two Star ones in my bag, one that is light and beat up and one that is heavy and brand new. The lighter one I use as a severe turnover disc and the new one for a straight short approach disc and jump putting disc. I really love the flight of these things and I get mine out over 300 feet with a hyzer flip that goes to straight and then slowly fades to the right like I am throwing a left handed back hand. The only problem I have with the Wedge is that sometimes it goes too far. It glides so well which is a good thing but if you are throwing an approach downhill this may not be the best option because it glides past the basket frequently.
