Flight Rating

From the Manufacturer...

The Blitz is a fast overstable driver good for windy days. It has a solid reliable flight without being silly overstable. With a good snap you can throw this baby as far as our Riot. Can we say XXX on steroids??

  1. One of the best over-stable drivers out. Great glide for being very OS and solid disc for forehand, flex shots, into-wind anhyzers, as well as a big-arm distance disc. A lot like a destoryer/firebird with the speed of a Flick and stability of an Xcal. The Blitz is a very consistent disc and a staple in the bag. The rim has a groove in it which seems to provide superior glide than other equally stable discs but does not feel uncomfortable like a groove. Need a wind driver? get a Blitz!

  2. This is a crazy overstable disc that likes to eat headwinds for breakfast. The disc design is unique in that the rim is two flat slanted lines as well as the inner rim where you grip is slanted outward. This slanted rim creates a clean release, but you must grip harder than normal or else the disc will early release. That is the one thing that is hard to get used to and turns people away from using this disc again.

I throw this disc when I need a reliable shot into a headwind or a straight shot that needs significant hyzer at the end. I can throw this disc flat and low and not have to worry about it turning over. If there was one disc that it flies most like, I would have to compare it to the TeeRex by Innova.
